[China Construction Group wins bid for Dubai high-end complex project] China State Construction Engineering Corporation recently signed a contract with Emaar Properties in the United Arab Emirates to construct the Address Residences Zabeel high-end complex in Zabeel, Dubai. The project includes four towers ranging from 50 to 58 floors, providing over 1700 residential units, 2600 square meters of commercial space, and 2000 parking spaces. It is planned to be completed in 2027. This cooperation comes at a time when the Dubai real estate market is booming. Emaar's annual report shows that its revenue in 2024 reached 19.1 billion dirhams (approximately 5.2 billion US dollars), a year-on-year increase of 61%. According to official data from the United Arab Emirates, the total value of real estate transactions in the country has exceeded 893 billion dirhams. Professional institutions predict that, driven by investment in infrastructure and tourism projects, the average annual growth rate of the UAE construction industry will reach 3.9% from 2025 to 2027.
