The total scale of this bidding is 1950.5MW, and the project is divided into 6 sections. According to the bidding rules, it is not allowed for the same bidder to win both Lot 5 and Lot 6 at the same time. If the same bidder is rated as the first candidate for winning the bid in both sections, they will be ranked from small to large based on the sum of the combined quotes of the two sections. The combination with the lowest total price will be recommended as the first candidate for winning the bid in each section, and the bidder will no longer be recommended as a candidate for another section.
