[The first subway TOD project of Guangxi Road and Bridge starts construction in Hangzhou] On October 28th, the first subway TOD comprehensive development project invested and constructed by Guangxi Road and Bridge Group - the property complex project above Qiaosi Depot of Hangzhou Metro Line 18, was successfully launched in Linping District, Hangzhou. The total investment of this project is about 8.7 billion yuan, with a land area of about 474 acres (subject to the transfer announcement). It is a mixed use land for commercial and residential purposes, including 345 acres of residential land, 36 acres of commercial and residential land, and 93 acres of allocated land for construction. The project is located in the core development zone of Linping District, adjacent to the planned Wenzheng Street Station of Metro Line 18, with significant geographical advantages. After the completion of the project, it will not only improve regional transportation, enhance traffic efficiency, optimize spatial layout, but also provide strong support for Linping Smart City to undertake industries and population, becoming the core driving force for building a new center in the east of Hangzhou and improving the city's level.
