[Baiyun Technology Innovation Center Project Groundbreaking and Construction] Recently, the Baiyun Technology Innovation Center project officially laid the foundation and started construction in the third phase of Guangzhou Design Capital. As a key industrial platform developed and constructed by Guangzhou Qixin Investment and Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Baiyun Financial Holdings, the project has a total investment of approximately 1.16 billion yuan and a total construction area of 96000 square meters. It is expected to be completed and put into use in early 2028. This center is an important carrier in the layout of the "6+6+X" modern industrial cluster in Baiyun District. It will focus on the new generation of information technology, commercial aerospace, high-end equipment manufacturing and other scientific and technological innovation industries, and is committed to cultivating high-quality enterprises and building a "growth cradle" for regional scientific and technological innovation.
