[The Shanghai Xinyangnian Integrated Circuit Project has started construction] The Shanghai Xinyang 50000 ton annual production integrated circuit project has officially started construction in Songjiang District recently. This project, with a total investment of 1.85 billion yuan, will create a world-class integrated circuit material base. It is planned to start production in 2027 and form an annual production capacity of 50000 tons of key process materials, covering four series of ultra pure chip cleaning solutions, electroplating solutions, etching solutions, and chemical mechanical polishing solutions. As an important layout for serving the national strategy, the project will build a headquarters base integrating research and development, operation, settlement, logistics, and training, comprehensively strengthening the local integrated circuit industry chain and enhancing the independent guarantee capability of key materials for national integrated circuits. Under the guarantee of a high-quality business environment in Songjiang District, this project only took 6 months from project initiation to construction, which will significantly enhance the core competitiveness of China's integrated circuit industry and inject new momentum into high-quality development.
