Super large orders of energy storage batteries have landed,--Seetao

Recently, there has been heavy news in the domestic energy storage industry - a procurement and cooperation agreement for energy storage batteries with a total amount of 15 billion yuan and a scale of 30 GWh has been officially signed and implemented. The finalization of this mega order not only demonstrates the strong market demand and development potential of the energy storage industry, but also marks a new stage of large-scale and high-quality development in the industrial application of energy storage battery technology in China, injecting strong impetus into the energy transformation under the "dual carbon" goal. The 30GWh energy storage battery signed this time covers core products such as liquid cooled energy storage battery systems and lithium iron phosphate energy storage cells. It will mainly be used in various scenarios such as new energy supporting energy storage on the power generation side, grid side peak shaving and frequency regulation, industrial and commercial user side energy storage, and household energy storage. According to industry standards, a 30GWh energy storage battery can meet the supporting energy storage needs of approximately 30 million kilowatts of new energy projects. It can consume over 45 billion kilowatt hours of green electricity such as wind and photovoltaic power annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by over 36 million tons, equivalent to planting nearly 1 billion trees.
