[Yuzhong Huanghuayuan Modern Service Industry Park starts construction] On the afternoon of November 17th, the Huanghuayuan Modern Service Industry Park project in Yuzhong District officially started construction, marking a crucial step for Yuzhong District in building a new highland of modern service industry. The project is located in the core area next to the Jialing River Bridge in Huanghuayuan, with a total construction area of approximately 114000 square meters and a building height of 220 meters. It is designed with the concept of "Chongqing Window, Yuzhong Gate" and is committed to becoming a high-end production service industry cluster area. The project has set three city wide "firsts" in the field of green building: it is the first newly started super high-rise three-star green public building after the implementation of the new green building regulations by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, the first all steel structure super high-rise building over 200 meters, and the first international net carbon super high-rise public building, fully demonstrating its benchmark leading role in sustainable construction. In the future, the park will focus on gathering high-end industries such as industrial design, industrial software, artificial intelligence, and new energy, promoting the deep integration of emerging industries and the real economy, injecting strong momentum into Chongqing's construction of a "design capital" and a "software city", and becoming an important engine for regional industrial upgrading, urban renewal, and talent gathering.
