Among them, the co construction of the "the Belt and Road" countries is the main growth engine. In the first 10 months, Chinese enterprises signed new contracts in these countries amounting to 1333.81 billion yuan, and completed a turnover of 804.24 billion yuan, a year-on-year surge of 24.4% and 9.4% respectively, indicating that the initiative has entered a new stage of high-quality development. At the same time, the business structure continues to optimize and expand into high value-added fields such as green energy; The construction of an international talent team continues to strengthen, with 349000 laborers dispatched overseas from January to October.
