The project includes 66 projects with a total scale of 5430 kilometers and a total investment of approximately 688 billion yuan. It will cover 59 counties and districts in 14 cities and prefectures across the province, benefiting 17 million people. The project fully implements a market-oriented franchise model and has introduced dozens of central enterprises and leading enterprises to participate. Through measures such as delegating approval authority and optimizing processes, the project has been comprehensively accelerated.
