The first candidate for winning the bid is China Railway Wuhan Electrification Bureau Group Shanghai Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 444 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 1.1 yuan/Wh. The bidding party for this project is Zhongcheng Dayou New Energy (Yuzhou) Co., Ltd., and the construction site is located in Yuzhou City, Xuchang City, Henan Province. The planned construction scale of the project is 200MW/400MWh, with a supporting 110kV substation, including one 120MVA main transformer.
