The project is jointly constructed by Minmetals 23rd Metallurgical Group, Fujian Shuojie Trading Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong Huayi Design Consultant (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The project is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Demao Road and Qingping Expressway, with an updated unit area of approximately 103000 square meters and a planned total construction area of approximately 457000 square meters, covering various business formats.
