  • [China Power Construction wins bid for pumped storage project]
  • China Power Construction Corporation has successfully won the bid for a pumped storage project with a total investment of over 4.9 billion yuan. This is not only another major breakthrough for the company in the energy field, but also injects strong momentum into activating new energy storage systems and accelerating energy transformation. As a stabilizer and power bank for the power grid, the core function of this project is to achieve the spatiotemporal transfer of electrical energy. During periods of low electricity consumption, utilize surplus clean energy sources such as wind and solar power to pump water from the lower reservoir to the upper reservoir for storage; During peak electricity consumption, water is released to generate electricity and quickly respond to power demand. To provide solid support for achieving the "dual carbon" goal.Editor/Bian Wenjun
