The first candidate for winning the bid is a consortium consisting of Beijing Haibosichuang Technology Co., Ltd., China Railway 17th Bureau Group Electrification Engineering Co., Ltd., and China Power Construction Northwest Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. The total bid price is 226605332.95 yuan, equivalent to a winning unit price of approximately 0.5665 yuan/Wh.
