The project focuses on the clean and efficient utilization of coal based on its quality, anchoring towards high-end and low-carbon directions. It lays out core facilities such as coal pyrolysis and methanol to olefin production, and can produce more than 30 high value-added products annually, including polyolefins, degradable plastics, battery electrolytes, etc. As a benchmark project for energy transformation, it adopts low-carbon technologies such as electrolytic water for hydrogen production and solid waste recycling.
