[Giuliano hydropower station lights up a new chapter in African energy]The Julino Hydropower Station, located at the lower reaches of the Rufiji River in Tanzania, is a benchmark project for China and Tanzania to jointly build the "the Belt and Road", and is also another milestone in bilateral cooperation after the Tanzania Zambia Railway. The power station with a total installed capacity of 2115 megawatts is provided with a complete set of independent intellectual property equipment by Dongfang Electric, setting a new record for the export capacity of Chinese independent brand hydropower equipment. Write a new chapter of mutual benefit and win-win between China and Africa with the power of clean energy.Editor/Bian Wenjun
As the core sub item of the provisional estimate for EPC general contracting, it is steadily advancing. The system adopts advanced environmental protection technology, which can achieve ultra-low emissions of flue gas pollutants and form an ecological closed loop with the zero discharge design of project wastewater and photovoltaic sand control engineering. The project is a benchmark for the national "Shagehuang" large-scale new energy base. The construction of the desulfurization system will ensure the clean operation of 3.96 million kilowatts of coal-fired peak shaving power supply, helping the base to deliver a large amount of green electricity to the Sichuan Chongqing region every year and alleviate the regional energy supply-demand imbalance. This environmental protection measure not only demonstrates the social responsibility of energy projects, but also provides solid support for the green and sustainable development of the integrated model of "wind solar thermal storage".Editor/Bian Wenjun
The Omar Jagaa solar power plant in Djibouti, which Egypt helped build, has officially been put into operation, writing a new chapter in green energy cooperation between the two countries. The power plant adopts advanced photovoltaic technology, which significantly increases the proportion of clean energy supply in Djibouti after operation, effectively alleviating the pressure of local power shortage and reducing dependence on fossil fuels. During the project construction period, the Egyptian team not only provided core technical support, but also conducted localized talent training, cultivating a group of new energy operation and maintenance backbone for Djibouti. This model of cooperation not only promotes the transformation of Djibouti's energy structure, but also injects strong impetus into the green development of the African region.Editor/Bian Wenjun
