The notice clearly states that efforts will be made to accelerate the development of green power direct connection, strengthen energy development around new loads, promote the direct supply of new energy to single users, and require the integration of power sources, loads, energy storage, etc. into the public power grid, forming a clear physical and safety responsibility interface.
