Each unit is limited to recommending one pilot project, and the materials must be submitted before March 15th. The applicant should possess technical capabilities, financial strength, and experience in power industry operation and management, and have in-depth research on pilot business models, architectures, and strategies. At the same time, they should have plans and capabilities to participate in power demand response, energy trading, or auxiliary services.
