China and Saudi Arabia jointly built the landmark project of the "the Belt and Road" - Gulei Petrochemical Integration Project with a total investment of 42.07 billion yuan. In February, it entered a critical sprint stage, with the overall project progress exceeding 90%, and equipment installation and pipeline construction were comprehensively carried out. The project is jointly constructed by Saudi Arabia SABIC and Fujian Energy and Chemical Group, and is planned to be put into operation in the second half of 2026. Recently, the first China Tajikistan multimodal transport pilot container train successfully arrived in Dushanbe. The train departed from the Irkeshtam Port in Xinjiang on February 11th, covering a total distance of about 3500 kilometers and passing through Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, with a travel time reduced by about 50% compared to traditional highways.
