The subsidiary of China Energy Engineering Corporation has won the first place in both sections A and B with accurate quotations, with a difference of only a few hundred thousand yuan compared to the second place subsidiary of China Electric Power Construction Corporation. The project is located in Hechuan District, Chongqing, and adopts ultra supercritical clean coal-fired power technology.
