[1.5GW floating wind power project signed in Celtic Sea, UK] In March 2026, Ocean Winds signed a lease agreement with Royal Land and officially obtained the right to develop a 1.5 GW floating offshore wind power project in the Celtic Sea. The project is located off the coast of Wales, with a water depth of 71 to 88 meters, and is expected to be put into operation in the mid-2030s. • On April 20, 2026, the construction of berths 7-10 in the Bi Li operation area of Luoyuan Bay in Fuzhou Port was approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, with a total investment of 1.823 billion yuan. The project is constructed by Fujian Luochuan Port Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Fuzhou Port Group. It will build two 50000 ton general berths with a designed annual throughput capacity of 8.61 million tons.
