On April 20, 2026, the construction of berths 7-10 in the Bi Li operation area of Luoyuan Bay in Fuzhou Port was approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, with a total investment of 1.823 billion yuan. The project is constructed by Fujian Luochuan Port Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Fuzhou Port Group. It will build two 50000 ton general berths with a designed annual throughput capacity of 8.61 million tons.
