[China independently builds Asia's largest offshore oil and gas plant] The largest cylindrical FPSO in Asia, independently designed and constructed by China, has started construction in Qingdao. The equipment has a full load displacement of over 170000 tons and an oil storage capacity of 122000 cubic meters, achieving the large-scale application of more than 10 domestically produced key equipment.
