On the morning of March 18, 2026, train 81666 departed from Haikou Railway Port Station and headed towards Guangzhou International Port. This is the first customized railway train to be operated after the island wide closure of Hainan Free Trade Port.

This train is customized for the transportation needs of goods under the supervision of Sinopec. The operation plan is jointly designed by the customs and railway departments to achieve precise supervision and efficient customs clearance under the premise of compliance. China Railway Guangzhou Bureau has established an efficient cooperation mechanism with Sinopec Chemical Logistics Company to open up a fast track from the factory to the market.

The train is fully loaded with resin products processed by Hainan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd., which comply with the duty-free policy for value-added processing in free trade ports. The railway department implements priority acceptance, loading, hanging, and sea crossing support, reducing transportation time from 5 days to 2.5 days, and can complete end-to-end logistics services within 3 days.
