China has achieved gigabit connectivity in every county, 5G connectivity in every township, and 100% broadband connectivity in administrative villages. The network has a deep coverage of 269000 key locations and over 650000 kilometers of highways and railways. 5G has been integrated into 91 major categories of the national economy and has been implemented in over 500 tertiary hospitals and nearly 3000 universities. • On April 20, 2026, the construction of berths 7-10 in the Bi Li operation area of Luoyuan Bay in Fuzhou Port was approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, with a total investment of 1.823 billion yuan. The project is constructed by Fujian Luochuan Port Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Fuzhou Port Group. It will build two 50000 ton general berths with a designed annual throughput capacity of 8.61 million tons.
