The project is located in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a key project worth thousands of trillions of yuan in Zhejiang Province and the first urban expressway in Quzhou City. The construction content includes road engineering, bridge engineering, comprehensive pipeline and drainage engineering, lighting engineering, landscape greening (including lighting), etc. It mainly adopts the form of elevated mainline+ground road, with a standard section of two-way four lane+emergency lane scale, and a ground level urban main road and two-way six lane scale.
