The project is located in the cooperation center of the Harbin region, with a total investment of approximately 587 million US dollars. It is planned to be completed by the end of 2027 and jointly developed by investors from China and Kazakhstan. The project is a multifunctional integrated carrier, constructed in two phases, and will build a one-stop comprehensive service platform to improve supporting facilities such as cross-border logistics and cold chain warehousing.
