Recently, China's major oil and gas infrastructure construction has achieved multiple significant milestones, with LNG hubs and backbone gas pipeline projects steadily advancing in multiple regions, continuously improving the layout of the national oil and gas transportation pipeline network.

The Hainan LNG Phase II project in Danzhou, Hainan has successfully completed the 821 ton dome gas lifting operation for the third storage tank. The storage tank has a capacity of 220000 cubic meters and a lifting height of approximately 43 meters. The project adopts digital control, and the deviation of dome docking is controlled within 2 millimeters. The Hainan LNG receiving station is the first bonded qualification receiving station in China. Three large storage tanks will be built in the second phase, and the overall progress is nearly half. It is expected to be completed by 2027. After being put into operation, it will add 400 million cubic meters of gas storage capacity and double its peak shaving capacity, effectively ensuring the safety and supply of natural gas in Hainan and the coastal areas of South China, and helping Hainan Free Trade Port build an ASEAN LNG supply hub.

At the same time, the construction of multiple oil and gas pipelines across the country is accelerating. The Jilin Hulin Changchun natural gas pipeline connection compressor station has been completed, achieving interconnection and intercommunication of multiple pipelines. The project progress exceeds 90%, and it is expected to be fully put into operation by the end of 2026. The new construction projects of the Su Wan Yu trunk line, Wen 23 Anqing pipeline, and the northern trunk line of the Shandong pipeline network have started comprehensively, and the construction is progressing in an orderly manner.

The key project of the 15th Five Year Plan is accelerating the construction of the second line of the Sichuan East Gas Pipeline. The annual plan is to weld 1000 kilometers, and after completion, it will open up the Sichuan East Gas Pipeline and strengthen the gas supply in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
