  • The world's first sea breeze directly connected underwater data center has been put into operation in the East China Sea near Shanghai Port, with a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan and a first phase of 2.3 megawatts. It utilizes natural heat dissipation from seawater and nearby sea breeze for power supply, achieving low PUE and zero consumption of fresh water, saving a large amount of land resources, and overcoming the challenges of complex sea conditions in construction. It provides computing power support for AI, cross-border data, etc., and will promote large-scale deployment in the future to support the development of green computing power.Editor/Gong Ziwei
