On January 18, 2021, the 1,720-meter-long Du (Yun) An (Shun) Expressway Yunwu Bridge, located in Yunwu Town, Guiding County, Guizhou Province, was successfully closed. The Yunwu Bridge was constructed by Guizhou Bridge Group. The two pylons are designed as folded "H"-shaped reinforced concrete structures with heights of 273 meters and 300 meters, respectively. They are control projects of Duan Expressway. The successful closure of the bridge shortened the distance between Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, which is of great significance to boost the economic and social development of the rocky desertification area in Yunnan, Guizhou and Guizhou.Editor/Huang Lijun
