On October 24, 2021, the first box girder in the direction of Jinan West Station on the Shandong section of Zheng-Ji high-speed railway was successfully erected in the bid section undertaken by China Railway 10th Bureau, which means that the Shandong section of Zheng-Ji high-speed railway was fully transferred to the construction stage of girder erection.

China Railway 10th Bureau contracted to build the I bid for the station front of the Shandong section of the Zheng-Ji high-speed railway. The project is located in the Shizhong District and Huaiyin District of Jinan City. The contract cost is 2.69 billion yuan. It is 27.3 kilometers long. The bid section is not only the leader of the whole line, but also the control engineering and hard-boned engineering of the whole line.

China Railway Tenth Bureau Jinan West Beam Factory covers an area of 115 acres. Currently, Kailei produces 72 box beams. The Laying Division is mainly responsible for the construction tasks of moving, transporting and erecting 408-hole box girder in Section I of the Shandong Section of the New Zhengzhou-Jinan Railway. In addition to busy lines, the bidding section also faces 7 complicated girder erection conditions, such as a small curve of 800m, a steep (25‰) downhill, two-line juxtaposition, and multiple dismantling and transfer of equipment for transportation. Therefore, ensuring the safety of each stage of construction is the focus of this project.
The Jizheng high-speed rail runs from Zhengzhou, Henan in the west to Jinan, Shandong in the east, with a total length of 380 kilometers. It is an important connecting line of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network. An important part of Jinan's "meter-shaped" high-speed rail hub. After the project is completed, it will be of great significance for the Shandong Peninsula to connect the Central Plains and the western urban agglomeration and promote regional social and economic development.

On September 23, 2021, the Zheng-Ji Railway Puyang to Provincial PJSG-I Standard Project, which was constructed by China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau, started the "100 Days of Work" labor competition. This project will take this as an opportunity to set off a new round of construction boom .
It is reported that the Puyang-Jiangsu-Zhengzhou-Jiangsu Railway connects the two provinces of Henan and Shandong, which is a key piece of the "meter"-shaped high-speed rail network in Henan Province. After the completion and opening to traffic, the travel time from Puyang to Zhengzhou will be shortened to less than one hour at the fastest. Puyang will be integrated into the one-hour economic circle of Zhengzhou, which is of great significance for promoting urban economic development and facilitating people's travel.
The Zhengji Railway Puyang to the provincial boundary PJSG-I standard project project with the participation of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau. The main line is 19.975 kilometers and the contract cost is 1.34 billion yuan. It is planned to be opened to traffic at the end of 2023.
According to the person in charge of the site, the project has now completed 70% of the land acquisition and demolition, and 15 of the 16 continuous beams offline have started construction. The beam yard is responsible for the prefabrication of 558-hole box girder. The pouring of the first-hole box girder began on August 28, and 8 holes have been completed.
