On October 27, 2021, China Railway Construction Engineering Group China Africa Co., Ltd. signed the office building project of the Ministry of water resources of Dodoma, Tanzania with the Ministry of water resources of Dodoma.

The office building project of the Ministry of water resources is located in Dodoma new town. The project covers an area of about 42000 square meters. The main building is a multi-storey building (B + G + 6 + roof), with a construction area of about 17000 square meters, an outdoor greening area of about 28000 square meters, an outdoor sidewalk and road hardening area of about 8700 square meters, and 137 planned parking spaces.

The office building of the Ministry of water resources is the largest government office building in Dodoma new town. It is another major project obtained by the East African company in Dodoma, further consolidating the market position of the East African company in Dodoma. On October 29, 2021, bid section 32 of medium and low voltage transmission line turnkey project of Tanzania rural power grid was successfully signed.
