On the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Uzbekistan, with the strong support of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Uzbekistan and the Chamber of Commerce of Chinese Enterprises in Uzbekistan, the first overseas "Luban Workshop Classroom" built by China was inaugurated at Tashkent National Jiaotong University on October 16, 2022. This is an important achievement of China's "One country, One Square" initiative. Luban Workshop, named after the ancient Chinese craftsman Lu Ban, has built a new platform for international exchanges and cooperation in vocational education. While carrying forward the Chinese craftsman spirit and sharing China's experience and plans in vocational education, it has also built another bridge for people-to-people exchanges and people-to-people ties between China and other countries, and provided support for cooperation between China and other countries. Today, Luban Workshop has been established in 19 countries and regions in Asia, Africa and Europe, participating in the Belt and Road cooperation. In July 2022, the construction of Luban Workshop in Uzbekistan was officially launched.

As the vice president of the Chamber of Commerce of Chinese Enterprises in Uzbekistan, China Neng Construction has been actively engaged in the Belt and Road Initiative, aligned with the 2022-2026 development strategy of new Uzbekistan, and contributed "wisdom" to promoting China-Uzbekistan industrial cooperation, economic and trade exchanges and people-to-people exchanges.

On the same day of the opening ceremony, the first training session of "Luban Workshop Class" was held, sharing Chinese technology and Chinese solutions with students of Tashkent National Jiaotong University.

Guo Xuejun, Deputy manager of China Nengjian Uzi Gas Turbine Project Department, as the first lecturer of China Nengjian Lupan Workshop, combined with the company's international business and more than 10 years of overseas EPC project management experience, with the theme of "International EPC Project" and the carrier of Uzi Gas Turbine project, To Tashkent National Jiaotong University students explained the basic process and concept of international EPC project management in a simple way. While the students have a deep understanding of the lectures, they also have a great interest in international engineering business.

On the same day, China NCC also signed a memorandum of cooperation with Uzbekistan's Stantashkent National Jiaotong University on strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, upgrading vocational education and training, and promoting cultural exchanges between China and Uzbekistan.
