During the ongoing 5th China International Import Expo, the Shanghai North Bund Investment Promotion Conference was held at the North Bund Pavilion of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). Focusing on the strategic goal of "Shanghai North Bund and Pujiang River Golden Triangle", the presentation will gather resources from all parties to undertake the spillover effect of Jinbo and promote the development and construction of the North Bund to further strengthen, accelerate and improve.

At the conference, Shanghai Huamao Center was launched as a major project, marking the official launch of the construction of high-quality core business district and urban upgrading of Shanghai North Bund, and the "Pudong Golden Triangle" has thus entered the stage of co-prosperity and development.

It is reported that the above project planned construction investment of 8 billion yuan, the total investment of more than 11 billion yuan. The project strives to start construction in 2023, and will be completed and opened in three years. It plans to create an innovative high-end commercial "brand home" agglomeration area.

Currently, the North Bund is facing an urban upgrade, with a total development volume of 8.4 million square meters covering 4 square kilometers, making it one of the largest development areas in Shanghai. Editor/Xu Shengpeng
