From March 30 to 31, 2023, the 6th Deep Sea Energy Conference was held in Haikou City, Hainan Province. Hundreds of industry experts, scholars and several national academicians gathered to discuss the development trend of global deep sea energy and make suggestions for major deep sea equipment projects. High-quality development, exploring topics such as the demand for green energy in deep-sea energy development activities. The conference is co-hosted by the People's Government of Hainan Province, China Shipbuilding Industry Association, and China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association. At the sub-forum, Chen Caihu, a senior expert of BOMCO, made a technical report titled "Technical Status and Development Prospects of Offshore Drilling Riser System" on behalf of BOMCO. It demonstrated BOMCO's strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities in offshore oil and gas equipment, especially in the field of drilling riser systems, and received great attention from the participants.

In the future, BOMCO will take this conference as an opportunity to vigorously carry out research and development of high-end marine equipment technology and the transformation of achievements, continuously strengthen the promotion of new marine products and technologies, and contribute marine power to BOMCO's construction of a world-class comprehensive energy equipment company.

It is reported that since the deep sea energy conference was held in 2015, the scale and influence of the conference have increased year by year, attracting the active participation of government departments, academia and business circles. An important platform of international influence, it has played a positive role in promoting marine energy technology innovation, talent exchange, and achievement transformation.
