In the new stage of large-scale, long-term, and multi scenario applications in the energy storage industry, the limitations of traditional PCS solutions are becoming increasingly prominent. The two new products released by Hoymiles this time directly hit the pain points of the industry, with "panoramic adaptation" and "hard core network" as the core, bringing full lifecycle value enhancement to energy storage systems.

460kW high flexibility series PCS

In response to the challenges of single point failure affecting the entire station, rigid capacity expansion, and complex operation and maintenance in traditional solutions, Hoymiles 460kW series PCS provides an innovative power conversion solution with excellent system compatibility, which can seamlessly adapt to the two mainstream system forms of series converter boost integrated machine and AC/DC integration.

Advanced liquid cooling technology ensures that the product can operate without load reduction even at a water temperature of 60 ℃. The temperature difference inside the module is strictly controlled within 2 ℃, and the lifespan of the core components is extended by more than 20%. The device itself adopts a three-level topology and hybrid silicon carbide module, with a full load charging and discharging efficiency of over 98.5%, and a peak value that can exceed 99%, helping to increase annualized revenue by 1.5%.

1725kW Strong Network PCS

In response to the challenges brought by the high proportion of new energy access to the power grid, Hoymiles 1725kW grid type PCS focuses on stable grid construction and relies on six core capabilities to achieve system level stable support.

The liquid cooling design enables the new product to achieve a maximum efficiency of 99.04%, minimizing losses during energy conversion and creating tangible economic benefits for customers. The equipment can operate stably from extremely cold -40 ℃ to extremely hot+60 ℃. At a high temperature of 51 ℃, it can still ensure that the rated power does not decrease during operation; At 40 ℃, it can even achieve long-term overload operation with 1.1 times the power. This excellent temperature resistance enables it to cope with various global climate conditions with ease.

After the release of the new product, Hoymiles and T Ü V S Ü D Group officially held a signing ceremony for a network certification strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties will engage in in-depth cooperation in areas such as testing and certification of grid type energy storage products, research on standard systems, technological iteration, and global market access.
