Among them, three industrial projects, including Port of Yantai Plaza with a total investment of 9.5 billion yuan and a total floor area of 924000 square meters, SDIC Nuclear Power Headquarters, and the Marine Financial innovation Pilot Zone, have been started, and the level of integration among the three zones has risen in an all-round way; Seven municipal roads with a total investment of 600 million yuan and a total length of 5.5 kilometers have been advanced to high standards, and the main framework of the three vertical and four horizontal road network has been fully opened; Cultural and tourism commercial blocks, park complexes, and other cultural and tourism projects with a total investment of 8 billion yuan have been signed and settled, and the hierarchical development pattern is fully taking shape.

As the first project of the Maritime World, Port of Yantai Plaza mainly includes the Port of Yantai production dispatching command center and twin buildings, with a total investment of 5.6 billion yuan, an area of 570 mu, and a total construction area of 580000 square meters. It is a comprehensive plaza integrating modern port functions, cross-border e-commerce incubation industrial park, Japan South Korea import duty-free commodity exhibition center, and business office. The project adheres to the concept of green valley stacking platforms, and through three major planning strategies of city sea integration, open sharing, and ecological culture, creates diversified and innovative office spaces to achieve organic integration of office and nature. Drive industrial upgrading and integration of port and city through the "return of port to city" initiative, accelerate the transformation to the fourth generation of financial and trade ports, and use port power to assist in the construction of modern international coastal cities in the new era. The project is self owned by Port of Yantai Group, which is dedicated to the centralized office work of production service units and emerging business types in the original port area, leaving the 160 year blood of the port, so that the port culture can continue to be inherited.
