On November 28, 2023, the electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical product bidding released the announcement of Jiangxi Shangrao Power Plant 2 × Announcement of winning the bid for the EPC general contracting project of the 1000MW ultra supercritical unit construction project, details of which are as follows:

Project Overview

Located in Quanjiajing, Chating Town, Guangxin District, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, and Qingxi Service Center in Qianshan County, the factory is mostly located in Guangxin District and partially in the Qianshan County area. This project is a new construction project, and the main construction content is: the installed capacity of this project is 2 × 1000MW domestically produced ultra supercritical secondary reheat coal-fired power generation unit. The total investment in project construction is 7.87 billion yuan, including 1.925 billion yuan in construction and installation investment.

Project Date: The project is scheduled to start in December 2023 and be completed in December 2025, with a total construction period of 25 months.
