In recent years, the bond of friendship between China and Africa has been strengthened, and the cooperation between the two sides has been deepened, especially in the field of human resources. This cooperation not only demonstrates China's firm support for Africa's development, but also demonstrates the concept of common development between China and Africa. In this context, under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), China and Africa have increasingly deepened their cooperation in talents, and diversified the ways and areas of cooperation.

In terms of personnel training, China has actively helped African countries raise their education level. From assisting schools, donating educational equipment, to sharing advanced vocational education experience, China has continuously increased its support for education in Africa. At the same time, the two sides have also organized and carried out multi-field and multi-level training programs, covering agriculture, medical care, engineering, information technology and other fields, and trained a large number of urgently needed professional and technical personnel for African countries.

In terms of exchanges and mutual learning, China and Africa have actively carried out various personnel exchange activities. Events such as the China-Africa Think Tank Forum and the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition have provided a broad platform for exchanges between experts, scholars and young talents of the two sides. These activities have not only promoted the collision of ideas and wisdom exchange between China and Africa, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides.

In addition, the two sides have jointly promoted a series of key talent cooperation projects. Cooperation projects such as the Luban Workshop and the Confucius Institute have taken root in Africa, providing valuable opportunities for local people to learn Chinese culture and technology. These projects have not only enhanced the independent innovation capacity of African countries, but also built a new bridge for economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and Africa.

Through in-depth personnel cooperation, China and Africa have jointly trained a number of talents. These talents play an important role in their respective positions and inject new impetus into the sustainable development of the African continent. In the future, with the continuous deepening of China-Africa cooperation, the cooperation between the two sides in the field of personnel will usher in broader prospects and more fruitful results.
