According to the plan, by 2025, the total output value of Zhengzhou's hydrogen energy industry will reach 20 billion yuan, the realization of this goal will greatly promote the development of Zhengzhou's hydrogen energy industry, but also for the city's energy structure adjustment and environmental protection work to provide strong support. In terms of hydrogen supply, Zhengzhou will form a hydrogen supply guarantee system with industrial by-product hydrogen as the main body and renewable energy electrolytic water hydrogen production as the supplement. This system can not only effectively use industrial by-product hydrogen resources, but also improve the low carbon level of hydrogen through renewable energy electrolytic water hydrogen production technology, and contribute to the sustainable development of Zhengzhou.

In addition, the plan also proposed the layout of 200 hydrogen refueling stations, including 10 hydrogen processing integrated stations. This will provide a strong guarantee for the development of hydrogen transportation in Zhengzhou and promote the promotion and application of fuel cell vehicles. At the same time, the plan also proposes to carry out pipeline hydrogen blending pilot, and plan a pure hydrogen pipeline, which will provide new ideas and directions for the diversified application of hydrogen energy industry.

In terms of demonstration project construction, the planning requires the construction of 1-2 green hydrogen demonstration projects and no less than 1 liquid hydrogen demonstration project. The construction of these demonstration projects will strongly promote the research and development and application of hydrogen energy technology in Zhengzhou, and provide strong support for the rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry.

Finally, the plan also emphasizes the promotion and application of fuel cell vehicles. By 2025, Zhengzhou will promote no less than 2,500 fuel cell vehicles, which will provide strong support for the rapid development of hydrogen energy transportation and promote Zhengzhou's hydrogen energy industry to a higher level.
