Recently, Heilongjiang Province Heihe City Aihui District people's government and Guoneng Heilongjiang New Energy Co., Ltd. signed a 1 million kilowatt wind power project investment and development framework agreement, plans to develop and construct 1 million kilowatt wind power base project in Heihe City Aihui District.

The Guoneng Heilongjiang New Energy Co., Ltd. built a 1 million kilowatt wind power project in Heihe City, with a total investment of about 6.3 billion yuan.
