The first battery of Guangxi Mubang High-tech 10GW-N type efficient photovoltaic cell production base project successfully came off the assembly line, in order to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity of the photovoltaic industry, to build Wuzhou into a Guangxi new energy industry base with an annual output value of more than 50 billion yuan, and to promote the formation of a new situation of green low-carbon energy transformation and high-quality development.

Entering the photovoltaic cell production workshop of Guangxi Mubang High-tech 10GW-N high efficiency photovoltaic cell production base project, which is located in the high-tech zone of Guangdong-Guangxi cooperation Special Pilot Zone, the first feeling is neat, clean and intelligent. In the screen printing workshop, the reporter saw that the staff were looking at the operation of the production line, which is the last process before the battery becomes a finished product, that is, the screen printing and testing process, which intelligently expects the test package to be stored to achieve fully automated production.

Zhang Xiaobo, Senior Manager of Process Department of Guangxi Mubang High-tech Co., LTD. : "The equipment currently used is the mainstream fully automated production equipment in our industry, with large production capacity, good equipment stability, and high yield. From our first printing (back) main grid printing to our (positive) secondary grid printing, CT time of about 0.75 seconds can complete a battery sheet printing, ensuring sufficient production capacity."

It is reported that the total investment of this project is 5.2 billion yuan, the main production of 182 series N-type high-efficiency batteries, products with high conversion rate, low decay rate and other performance advantages, plans to build about 200,000 square meters of clean workshop and supporting buildings, 20 photovoltaic cell production lines, annual capacity of about 10GW. At present, the first production line of the company produces the first battery, and the equipment of the second to the fifth production line has also been installed in succession. According to the production plan of the company this year, the remaining 15 production lines will be completed before the end of October, and gradually achieve full production.

Guangxi Mubang High-tech 10GW-N high-efficiency battery production project is a major project to speed up industrial transformation and upgrading in Wuzhou and build a modern industrial system. Since the project settled, the Municipal Development and Reform, Guangdong-Guangxi Cooperation Special Pilot Zone, Wuzhou Industrial and Investment Group and other functional departments have provided a full range of services, opened up the green channel of "completion and production" of key projects, and applied the "tolerance + commitment" system approval mechanism to handle the construction permit for the project in the first time.
