On April 29, 2024, China Energy Construction Gezhouba Group and Mexico's Complex Energy Company signed the EPC contract agreement for two photovoltaic power plant projects in La Casadsol and El Ciero, Puebla, Mexico.

The two photovoltaic projects are located in Tepeyahualco City, Puebla State, central Mexico. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will effectively meet the local electricity demand, further reduce Mexico's dependence on fossil energy, and effectively promote the local economic and social development by injecting green energy into the realization of low-carbon and sustainable development goals.
