On the afternoon of May 6, 2024, the 100MW fishery-solar complementary photovoltaic power generation comprehensive utilization project in Zhenjiang District, Shaoguan City officially started construction in Huangsha Village, Lishi Town, marking an important step in the integrated development of green energy and modern agriculture in the region. step. This project will not only promote the adjustment of regional industrial structure and energy structure, but also help accelerate the rapid development of new energy industry and applications.

The fish-light complementary photovoltaic power generation comprehensive utilization project, as the name suggests, is the perfect combination of photovoltaic technology and fishery farming. Through the model of on-board power generation and under-board farming, the project achieves an organic combination of green energy and modern agriculture. This innovative model not only scientifically develops land resources and improves land utilization, but also injects new vitality into local economic development.

It is understood that the planned total installed capacity of the Yuguang Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Comprehensive Utilization Project in Zhenjiang District, Shaoguan City is 300MW, and will be completed in three years. The total investment is expected to be as high as 1.289 billion yuan. This huge investment scale demonstrates the local government's high priority and firm determination in the development of green energy.

The planned installed capacity of the first phase of the project is 100MW. The construction site covers Fuguan Village of Xinshao Town and Huangsha Village, Huangtang Village, Qunfeng Village of Lishi Town and other areas. The pit and pond area reaches 1,900 acres. Among them, Lishi Town has a relatively large pit pond area, and a 60MW photovoltaic power station is planned and constructed. The 19MW fish-light complementary photovoltaic power generation project started this time covers an area of about 300 acres and requires an investment of about 80 million yuan. It is expected to be completed and connected to the power grid within three months.

In recent years, Lishi Town has achieved vigorous development in Banxia economy. The local government adheres to the concept of ecological priority and green development, and regards the construction of photovoltaic industry projects as an important starting point to promote high-quality development. At present, there are 10 companies building or planning to build ground-mounted photovoltaic projects in the town, with a total investment of 4.187 billion yuan. The construction of these projects not only injects strong impetus into local economic development, but also helps improve environmental quality and promote the development of the green energy industry.

In general, the start of the 100MW fishery-solar complementary photovoltaic power generation comprehensive utilization project in Zhenjiang District, Shaoguan City is a model of the perfect combination of green energy and modern agriculture. This project will effectively promote the adjustment of regional industrial structure and energy structure, accelerate the rapid development of new energy industry and applications, and make positive contributions to local and national green development.Editor/Cheng Liting
