According to the cooperation framework agreement, Sinovel Wind Power and Herong New Energy will participate in the future construction of clean energy industries such as wind power in Tongyu County, including local investment in 500MW wind power generation projects and new energy storage and supercapacitor industry projects. Among them, the construction period of 500MW wind power generation project is 24 months; The construction cycle of the new energy storage and supercapacitor industry project is 18 months, and it is expected that the planned land is 25 mu, and the annual output of various kinds of supercapacitor products is 4 million and 110 sets of energy storage power system products after completion. In order to support the accelerated landing of enterprise investment projects, the Tongyu County People's Government will provide assistance in project location and policy support.

As the "tuyere" in the west of Jilin Province, Tongyu County of Baicheng City has an annual average wind speed of 7.38 m/s at a height of 65 meters above the ground, and an annual effective wind speed of more than 7,000 hours, so there is a huge space for wind power development. Over the years, it has attracted many domestic and foreign wind power enterprises to build and develop here, and formed industrial clusters around "wind" resources. Now it is the only city in the country that sets wind power host blades, tower barrels, engine room covers, motors, fasteners and other wind power industry chain "one-stop procurement". At present, the installed capacity of wind power projects in Tongyu County has reached 4.4 million kilowatts.
