The "Renfeng Qudi wind Power Project stability evaluation Publicity" shows that Jiyang District intends to be a new wind power project in the Renfeng and Qudi areas.

Construction scale and main construction contents: The project is located in Renfeng Town and Qudi Street, with a total land area of 2.7545 hectares, a total installed capacity of 282 MW, and a designed annual on-grid electricity of 796,180 MWH. The main construction content is to build 13 new 6.25MW wind turbines (one of which is limited to 6.0 MW operation), 30 6.7MW wind turbines, supporting the construction of a 220 kV booster station, 43 box transformers, and synchronous implementation of on-site collection lines, maintenance roads and other projects.

Project investment and financing: The estimated total investment of the project is 228.338 million yuan, including 1993.35 million yuan of construction costs, 174.58 million yuan of other construction costs, 43.36 million yuan of basic reserve funds, and 72.09 million yuan of interest during the construction period. All the required construction funds will be financed by the project unit.

They are located in Dakui Village, Dongguo Village, Xinfudian Village, Liutai Village, Suojia village, Zaidian Village, Luzhai Village, Xujia Village (10 plots of 8 villages in Qudi Street); Renfeng Town Xiaojia Village, Beichen village, Zhongzhang Village, Shifang Village, Lenzi Chen Village, Pingjia Village, Xujia Village, Shijiatou Village, Xinsandu Village, Old Sandu Village, Dongjie Village, Xijie Village, Zhai Village, South Liujia village, Zhujia Village, Fujia Village, Libajia village, Nanhuo Village, Xisun Village, Gaozhi Village, Xiaojie Village (34 plots in 21 villages in Renfeng Town). Construction scale and main construction contents: The project is located in the new town, with a total land area of 1.4760 hectares. The total installed capacity is 63 MW, the design annual on-grid power of 174,699 MWH, the main construction content is to build 8 new 6.25 MW wind turbines, 2 6.7 MW wind turbines (limited power 6.5 MW operation), supporting the construction of a 220 kV boost station, 10 box-type transformers. Simultaneous implementation of on-site power collection lines, maintenance roads and other engineering projects.

Investment and financing: The estimated total investment of the project is 527.93 million yuan, of which the construction cost is about 417.22 million yuan, the construction and other costs are about 84.01 million yuan, the basic preparation cost is about 10.02 million yuan, and the interest during the construction period is about 16.68 million yuan.
