Recently, with a long whistle, a freight train loaded with auto parts and mechanical equipment slowly drove out of Tianjin International Land Port in Xiqing District, Tianjin, and headed for Moscow, the capital of Russia. This is the first time that Tianjin International Land Port has launched a China-Europe train, which has positive significance for helping Tianjin further improve its international land transportation capacity.

Recently, the first China-Europe train launched by Tianjin International Land Port is loading auto parts and mechanical equipment and preparing to depart for Moscow, the capital of Russia. This train carries a total of 110 standard containers, transporting 1,129 tons of goods worth 15.06 million yuan. It will leave the country through the Erenhot Port and finally arrive in Moscow. The whole journey is more than 7,800 kilometers and is expected to reach the destination in about 15 days.According to reports, Tianjin International Land Port is located in Zhangjiawo Town, Xiqing District, Tianjin. It is a hub node of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Land Port Cluster that Hebei Land Port Group focuses on building. It is based on building an efficient collection and distribution logistics network system connecting Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and creating a new open economic platform connecting domestic and international dual circulation and a new international land freight channel. After the successful trial run of the dedicated railway at the end of May this year, Tianjin International Land Port strengthened coordination and cooperation with railways, customs and other departments to do a good job in the organization of cargo sources and container source allocation of China-Europe trains, and ensure the smooth operation of the first train.

"The opening of the China-Europe train at Tianjin International Land Port provides a new logistics platform for the import and export trade of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei." Guo Chunning, general manager of Tianjin International Land Port, said that the opening of the China-Europe train is conducive to the expansion and improvement of Tianjin's logistics channels connecting the Eurasian continent, and the mutual promotion and complementarity of land and sea. It not only adds new impetus to the development of regional foreign trade industries and export-oriented economy, but also provides Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei import and export enterprises with a new choice of logistics services to enter the international market. Compared with the sea transportation to Moscow, the transportation time of the China-Europe Express is saved by about 30 days. The timeliness and stability of the train speed up the delivery cycle of orders, and the capital turnover efficiency is higher, which is very suitable for foreign trade enterprises with high timeliness requirements for order delivery.

The China-Europe Express provides a convenient and efficient logistics channel for the development of foreign trade in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
