The comprehensive service cooperation zone of the East Africa Trade and Logistics Industrial Park consists of four parts: the East Africa Trade and Logistics Center, Huatan Overseas Warehouse, Overseas Exhibition Center, and Zanzibar Airport Bonded Warehousing and Logistics Park. The East Africa Trade and Logistics Center is the first project to be constructed in the comprehensive service cooperation zone of the East Africa Trade and Logistics Industrial Park and is also the core project.

The East African Trade and Logistics Center is located in Ubango District, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with a planned construction area of 75000 square meters.
