On July 23, 2024, the Binzhou Railway Boktu to Xilingkou Section Slope Reconstruction Project officially started construction. So far, the China-Europe Express "Eastern Corridor" Manzhouli, Suifenhe, and Tongjiang Railway Section Capacity Expansion and Reconstruction Project has all started construction this year.

Binzhou Railway is an important trunk line of my country's road network. It connects Harbin in the east and Manzhouli in the west. It is an important part of the "Eastern Corridor" of the China-Europe Express and an important channel connecting the Eurasian continent. It has a history of 100 years.

This reconstruction project is located in the northwest section of Binzhou Railway. The line starts from Boktu Station and ends at Xilingkou Station. After the reconstruction, the passing capacity of freight trains will be greatly improved, effectively breaking the capacity bottleneck.According to China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd., this year, the reconstruction project of Binsui Railway from Suifenhe to the border line and the reconstruction project of Jiamusi to Tongjiang Railway have been started one after another. After the reconstruction projects are put into use, they will further meet the needs of China-Europe trains at the railway ports of Manzhouli, Suifenhe and Tongjiang, and accelerate the construction of a new highland for my country's opening to the north.Editor/Zhao E
