The implementation of this project will not only directly drive the development of related industrial chains, such as refining, petrochemicals, transportation, etc., but also promote the diversification of the economic structure. By enhancing fuel oil reserves, Mongolia can better support domestic industrial production and consumption demand, and promote more stable and sustainable economic development. Keywords: the Belt and Road news, the Belt and Road project, overseas project.
