On August 20, 2024, amidst great anticipation, Yuchai Machine Power Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Norodom Division, Thailand officially opened for business. The first batch of products put into production includes the K08, S06 and S04 series. The annual production capacity will be expanded to 30000 units in the future, and Yuchai can produce various series of products ranging from 2 liters to 11 liters.

As one of the earliest engine export enterprises in China, Yuchai has been exporting its products to Southeast Asia since the early 1960s. In the past half century, Yuchai's internationalization has been accelerating, especially in the past decade, thanks to China's open and cooperative policies with ASEAN countries, Yuchai has fully leveraged its geographical advantages, product advantages, and channel advantages to become a pioneer in expanding the ASEAN market. In 2004, Yuchai's export volume to ASEAN was only 400 units, but in recent years it has grown to over 20000 units per year, accounting for an important share of Yuchai's overseas sales. At present, Yuchai has established 21 overseas offices and 495 service agents worldwide, with a product inventory of over 680000 units.
