Recently, Zeng Guoyong, Chairman of Chengdu Juneng Sunshine Energy Co., Ltd., and Mr. Dylan Tan, a Malaysian partner, successfully signed a "Cooperation Intent Agreement" for a 1000 MW photovoltaic project in Sarawak state at the Federal Government Administrative Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Prior to the signing of the agreement, Chairman Zeng Guoyong and his delegation had in-depth communication with Malaysian partners Dylan Tan, Ronnie, and Harold Koay, focusing on discussing the demands and issues of both parties, project due diligence arrangements, project progress workflow, and sorting out the work content required from project initiation to proposal submission.

The Deputy Minister of National Digital Affairs of Malaysia received the teams from both sides. During the discussion and exchange, the Minister expressed his support for Chinese enterprises' investment and development in Malaysia, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between Chinese and Malaysian enterprises. He hoped that through this cooperation, the two countries could further develop in the field of green energy.

Under the witness of Mr. Minister, both parties held a signing ceremony. The signing of this agreement marks an important step forward in the cooperation between the two companies in the 1000 MW photovoltaic project in Sarawak, Malaysia. Chairman Zeng Guoyong said at the ceremony, "We are very pleased to have reached this intention agreement with our partners in Malaysia. Sarawak, as an important state of Malaysia, has abundant natural resources and a favorable investment environment. We believe that through the joint efforts of both parties, this photovoltaic project will make a positive contribution to the optimization of Malaysia's energy structure and sustainable development. At the same time, we also welcome Mr. Minister to lead a team to China to visit and guide our company.

The signing of the 'Cooperation Intention Agreement' is the starting point for both parties to cooperate. Next, both parties will proceed with detailed project planning and design, initiate due diligence on the project, and actively promote relevant approval procedures.
